Abstract
Demi mendapatkan kepercayaan dari pemilik kapal , maka perlu perhitungan penjadwalan yang baik berdasarkan jumlah tenaga kerja yang dimiliki dan waktu pelaksanaan kapal yang diinginkan oleh pemilik. Konsekuensi yang dapat terjadi pada keterlambatan proyek pembangunan kapal adalah down time per hari yang berakibat pada membengkaknya biaya pembangunan kapal tersebut . Hal ini terdapat pada pembangunan kapal jenis SPOB yang mulai dikerjakan di Galangan Aliran Jaya yang berjenis SPOB 3000 KL , dan kapal ini terdiri dari beberapa blok yang dikerjakan . pada kapal SPOB 3000 KL , dalam beberapa blok yang dikerjakan terjadi keterlambatan yang bersumber dari production man hours . Maka dari itu , Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membuat Penjadwalan Pembangunan Blok Kapal SPOB 3000 KL Berbasis Production Man Hours Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang termasuk kedalam lintasan kritis kapal SPOB 3000 KL , biaya jasa yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan blok buritan kapal SPOB 3000 KL dan kurva S pekerjaan blok buritan kapal SPOB 3000 KL berbasis production man hours menggunakan metode CPM dan kurva S . kegiatan plate joint (3,4,5,6) , sub asembly (13,16) dan assembly (20) merupakan kegiatan yang termasuk lintasan kritis. Untuk biaya jasa pada pembangunan blok buritan kapal SPOB 3000 KL di dapatkan senilai biaya jasa yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp 44.666.416,00. Dari kurva S di dapat progress bobotnya yaitu 100% , dan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan pembangunan blok buritan kapal SPOB 3000 KL yaitu selama 35 hari kerja dengan bobot paling besar yaitu pada pekerjaan fabrikasi dan sub assembly ( hari 1 – hari 13 ) yaitu berkisar 5% - 7% Kata kunci : Man Hours , Critical Path Methode , S curve
