Abstract

Keberlanjutan instalasi Offshore Platform di Selat Makasar oleh Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) menuntut ketersediaan area penyimpanan material. Pemutakhiran penilaian risiko pada kegiatan bongkar muat menjadi fokus dalam studi ini, terutama pada lingkup pekerjaan lifting dan transport material yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi perusahaan shore logistics-base yang bisnis utamanya sebagai penyimpanan material. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 34 kegiatan yang masing-masing memiliki potensi bahaya dan dampak potensial. Penilaian initial risk dan residual risk dilakukan dengan metode survei. Dari 34 kegiatan, didapatkan risiko dengan level high dan medium masing-masing sejumlah 22 kegiatan dan 12 kegiatan. Setelah dilakukan risk control, diperoleh residual risk dengan level High sebanyak 1, level medium sebanyak 10 kegiatan, dan level low sejumlah 23 kegiatan.
