Abstract

Bioetanol merupakan cairan biokimia, tidak berwarna, larut dalam air,eter,aseton, benzene, dan semua pelarut organik. Bioetanol diproduksi dengan mengubah selulosa menjadi glukosa di dalam reaktor dengan kondisi operasi pada suhu 31oC dan tekanan 1 atm sehingga mencapai 99,8%. Selanjutnya glukosa akan diubah menjadi etanol menggunakan proses fermentasi oleh yeast Saccharomyces Cerevisiae dan enzim selulase. Pabrik bioetanol akan dibangun dengan kapasitas 310.000 ton/tahun yang bersumber dari TKKS di wilayah Kalimantan Timur. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan berada pada kecamatan Sanga-sanga yang beroperasi selama 24 jam dalam 330 hari pertahun nya. Harga produk sebesar $1 dan harga penjualan produk yang diperoleh sebesar $310.000.000,00 sehingga didapatkan profit sebesar $80.320.340,84, TPC yang diperoleh sebesar $455.776.066 dengan nilai total capital investment yang dikeluarkan sebesar $64.611.964,99. Dimana diperoleh persentase nilai dari DCFR sebesar 25,93% dan nilai ROI sebesar 50%. Kata Kunci: Bioetanol, Glukosa, Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit,
