Abstract

Institut Teknologi Kalimantan membangun website Gerbang ITK sebagai sistem informasi yang berbasis website yang telah terintegrasi dengan internet. Mahasiswa dengan mudah mengakses informasi perkuliahan yang berkaitan dengan akademik maupun non akademik, dengan adanya sistem informasi ini. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penilaian terhadap kualitas website Gerbang ITK sebagai sistem informasi dari pengguna akhir dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner guna mengidentifikasi kualitas sistem informasi akademik sesuai model WebQual 4.0. Terkait variabel yang digunakan dalam perancangan kuesioner meliputi kemudahan penggunaan (usability), kualitas informasi (information quality), serta kualitas interaksi layanan (service interaction quality). Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan pada setiap pernyataan kuesioner yang telah disebar kepada Mahasiswa ITK dinyatakan valid secara Product Moment Coefficient,serta reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,957 yang mana reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan data yang diperoleh dari olahan data kuesioner responden yang diperoleh dari jawaban Mahasiswa ITK dengan jumlah 370 responden dapat dinyatakan bahwa perhitungan interval sebesar 3,81 yang artinya kualitas website Gerbang ITK berada dalam kategori “Memuaskan” sebab nilai tersebut berada dalam rentang sangat memuaskan. Hal ini juga didukung hasil nilai R-square yaitu 0,716, yang dapat diartikan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara langsung sebesar 71,6% yang dipengaruhi usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Sedangkan 28,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel luar selain variabel WebQual 4.0.
