Abstract
Additive Manufacturing (AM) atau yang sering disebut sebagai pencetakan tiga dimensi dengan menghasilkan objek menggunakan lapisan-lapisan tipis yang terus ditambahkan. Salah satu teknologi yang menggunakan metode AM adalah Digital Light Processing yaitu pencetakan 3D yang menggunakan Photopolymer resin sebagai materialnya. Pada proses 3D printing resin muncul beberapa permasalahan yang timbul seperti tingkat pengeringan yang bergantung pada lamanya waktu curing dan perbedaan ketebalan layer terhadap nilai propertis material. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis pengaruh dari ketebalan layer dan waktu post-curing terhadap nilai propertis material berupa nilai kekuatan tarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan spesimen dengan variasi waktu post-curing 90 menit, 120 menit, 150 menit dengan ketebalan layer 50 μm, dan variasi ketebalan layer 0.05 mm, 0.075 mm, 0.1 mm dengan waktu post-curing 150 menit. Tiap spesimen kemudian dicetak dan diuji dengan standar ASTM D638 dan didapatkan hasil bahwa peningkatan nilai kekuatan tarik berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan waktu post-curing, dan penurunan nilai kekuatan tarik berbanding terbalik dengan kenaikan ketebalan layer.
