Abstract

Risiko kecelakaan kerja saat aktivitas proses produksi tahu di Industri T yaitu luka gores, terjepit, terpeleset, dan penyakit akibat kerja, sehingga harus ditangani dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risk event (kejadian risiko) dan risk agent (sumber risiko) yang terjadi pada aktivitas proses produksi tahu di Industri T, serta memberikan usulan prioritas strategi penanganan untuk meminimalisir risk agent yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode House Of Risk (HOR). Metode ini memiliki dua tahap yaitu HOR fase 1 dan HOR fase 2. HOR fase 1 merupakan tahap untuk mengidentifikasi risk event dan risk agent, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan nilai ARP, sedangkan HOR fase 2 merupakan tahap untuk menentukan prioritas strategi penanganan risiko. Pengumpulan data risk event dan risk agent dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan brainstorming di 14 rumah produksi tahu dengan 27 responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, didapatkan 35 risk event dan 36 risk agent. Pemilik dan pekerja rumah produksi tahu dapat meninjau kembali terkait risiko pada proses produksi tahu agar risiko yang terjadi tidak terus menerus terjadi.
