Abstract

PLTM Muara merupakan pembangkit energi listrik yang bergerak dalam bidang renewable energy yang memanfaatkan aliran sungai sebagai penggerak pada generator untuk menghasilkan daya yang disalurkan pada Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dengan daya yang tidak tentu. Hal tersebut terjadi akibat faktor alam seperti curah hujan, angin, dan sinar matahari. Hal ini menyebabkan perlu adanya peramalan daya listrik pada PLTMH Muara sebagai penjadwalan, pengendalian dan pengoperasian sehari-hari. Pada tugas akhir ini perancangan model peramalan dengan menggunakan data daya, debit air, dan curah hujan dengan simulasi menggunakan model Long Short Term Memories (LSTM). Simulasi LSTM menggunakan parameter 100 hidden layer, 250 epoch, 0,001 gradient threshold, 125 learnrate drop period, dan 0,2 learn drop factor dan Artificial Neural Network (ANN) menggunakan parameter 10 neuron, 0,001 learning rate, dan fungsi aktivasi trainlm berdasarkan pengujian dalam periode 24 jam dan 168 jam. Hasil penelitian dengan model LSTM dan ANN pada peramalan 24 jam kedepan diperoleh nilai RMSE dan MAPE sebesar 79,0477 dan 0,1192% sedangkan ANN diperoleh rata-rata nilai RMSE dan MAPE sebesar 46,6042 dan 0,11604%. Pada peramalan 168 jam kedepan LSTM diperoleh nilai RMSE dan MAPE sebesar 84,8242 dan 0,0088% sedangkan ANN diperoleh nilai RMSE dan MAPE sebesar 78,9486 dan 0,01779%. Pada peramalan 24 jam dan 168 jam rata-rata time computation model LSTM membutuhkan 52,6 detik, sedangkan model ANN membutuhkan 0,27 detik.
