Abstract
Panel surya ialah pembangkit listrik terbarukan yang ramah pada lingkungan. Panel surya dapat menghasilkan listrik dari suhu dan cahaya yang ada di alam. Namun panel surya juga memiliki kelemahan dimana pada saat panel surya tidak menerima suhu dan cahaya yang baik karena actor cuaca hujan dan terlindungi oleh awan. Karakteristik dari panel surya yaitu daya yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan MPPT dan GWO Boost converter untuk memaksimalkan daya. Adapun panel surya yg digunakan sebesar 240 W dengan input 38,4 Volt dan output 48 Volt. Hasil pengujian Boost Coverter pengambilan data dilakukan dengan waktu 5 jam per harinya yang diambil dari jam 10.00 sampai jam 14.00 selama 7 hari untuk melihat perbandingan dari setiap harinya dengan tegangan input 38.4 V. Hasil dari pengujian selama 7 hari didapatkan rata-rata paling tinggi pada hari keenam dengan nilai 47,5 W dengan duty cycle 37 % pada Boost Converter. Pada MPPT saat bekerja didapatkan daya tertinggi bernilai 216,59 W dengan duty cycle bernilai 94 %. Algoritma GWO daya optimal didapatkan rata-rata dengan nilai bernilai 208,69 W dengan nilai duty cycle 86 %.
