Abstract

Penelitiaan ini membahas permasalahan tentang cara mempermudah pengguna dalam memonitoring dan mengendalikan ON/OFF beban. Sistem monitoring berfungsi untuk melakukan pendeteksian arus, tegangan, intensitas cahaya, suhu dan kelembaban, dengan sumber utama yang berasal dari PLTS. Rancang bangun yang dibuat berupa website dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql sebagai database. Sistem kendali berfungsi sebagai kendali ON/OFF pada pompa listrik. hasil monitoring dan kendali didesain berbasis Graphical User Interface (GUI) yang diaplikasikan melalui website, sehingga dapat di monitoring dari jarak jauh serta dapat memantau hasil keluaran dari grafik yang ditampilkan pada website. Sistem monitoring ini dilakukan secara real time. Sensor yang digunakan untuk melakukan monitoring terdiri dari sensor arus AC (ZMCT103C), tegangan AC (ZMPT101), sensor intensitas cahaya (BH1750), sensor suhu, kelembaban (DHT11), sensor arus dan tegangan DC (INA219). Sistem kendali beban menggunakan relay 4 channel dan mikrokontroler yang digunakan adalah ESP32. Pengujian kalibrasi sensor dilakukan dengan membandingkan alat ukur dan serial monitor, pengujian kalibrasi tersebut dilakukan setiap masing-masing sensor dengan diasumsikan menggunakan beban lampu. Hasil sistem kendali dari rancang bangun GUI dapat mengendalikan ON/OFF beban dan sistem monitoring dapat memantau hasil dari arus, tegangan, daya, intensitas cahaya, suhu dan kelembaban. Database dapat menyimpan data pada website yang telah dibuat. Hasil pembacaan sistem monitoring tersebut menghasilkan data yang akurat dan memiliki nilai error sebesar 4,78% serta nilai rata-rata error 1,08 %. Pompa listrik tidak dapat bekerja dikarenakan inverter jenis PSW (Pure Sine Wave) mengalami kerusakan dan digantikan dengan inverter MSW (Modified Sine Wave) sehingga tidak mampu mengoperasikan beban pompa listrik.
