Abstract

Proses produksi Amonium Nitrat berbahan baku amonia dan asam nitrat ini menggunakan fasa cair-gas sebagai bahan bakunya. Pabrik ini berkapasitas 255.000 ton/tahun yang akan beroperasi secara kontinyu. Dalam proses sintesis amonium nitrat, terdapat beberapa proses utama, antara lain persiapan bahan baku, reaksi netralisasi, reaksi hidrolisis, perubahan fase amonium nitrat dari lelehan menjadi padatan, dan pelapisan. Bahan baku yang keluar dari reaktor kemudian dilanjutkan pada tahapan perubahan fase produk dari lelehan menjadi padatan. Selanjutnya produk diayak dan dilapisi oleh kalsium fosfat untuk memastikan produk tidak akan mengalami perubahan fase. Pabrik Amonium Nitrat direncanakan berdiri di Karawang, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, tepatnya pada kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang dengan luas tanah 10.837 m2. Adapun kebutuhan energi untuk pengoperasian pabrik ini meliputi kebutuhan listrik sebesar 490,47 kWh, kebutuhan air sebesar 5.351,6 kg/jam, kebutuhan steam sebesar 7.981 kg/jam, bahan bakar sebesar 343,85 m3/jam, dan udara tekan sebesar 28,224 m3/jam. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis ekonomi, didapatkan perhitungan dengan modal tetap sebesar Rp 1.419.888.879.942,94, modal kerja sebesar Rp 250.568.625.872,28 dan biaya produksi sebesar Rp 4.420.502.571.430,03. Selain itu analisis profitabilitas menunjukkan nilai ROI sebesar 96,13%, BEP 58%, DCFR 62,77%, SDP 20%, DPBP 2,29 tahun, dan NPV Rp 13.104.770.237.049,40.
