Abstract

Sistem kerja yang semula manual, kini berganti secara otomatis dan terkesan instan. Marketing usaha Cafe Baku Sayang masih menggunakan administrasi manual dan belum terkomputerisasi. Kesalahan sering kali terjadi karena kurangnya ketelitian dalam memasukan data manual hasil penjualan cafe yang mengakibatkan kerugian baik waktu maupun finansial. Pembuatan sistem informasi cafe baku sayang berbasis website, bertujuan membantu masalah peralihan sistem administrasi manual menuju sistem terkomputerisasi untuk meminimalisir kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Pebuatan website menggunakan metode pengembangan Personal Extreme Programming. Metode ini memiliki 7 tahap yaitu Requirements, Planning, Iteration Initialization, Design, Implementation, Sistem Testing, dan Retrospective. Terdapat sistem deployment yang membuat product owner bisa mengakses sistem secara langsung. Proses pengerjaan dilakukan secara langsung serta melibatkan product owner. Proses pengujian pembuatan website menggunakan validasi User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan blackbox testing. Proses uji dilakukan untuk memvalidasi kemampuan fitur terhadap sistem yang dilakukan pada uji UAT. Hasil akhir project berupa website Cafe baku sayang yang adanya berfokus pada proses pengelolaan administrasi penjualan.
