Abstract

Pra rancangan pabrik anilin ini bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan anilin di Indonesia dan di Asia Pasifik, dimana kebutuhannya terus meningkat namun belum terdapat pabrik anilin di Indonesia. Produksi anilin dari amonia dan fenol dengan kapasitas 115.000 ton/tahun terdiri dari tahapan pretreatment bahan baku, sintesis sikloheksanon, sintesis anilin dan pemurnian. Pretreatment fenol dilakukan dengan mengubah fase fenol padat menjadi cair. Sintesis sikloheksanon terjadi pada reaktor gelembung dengan mereaksikan fenol cair dengan gas hidrogen. Sintesis anilin terjadi pada fase gas di reaktor fixed bed multitube dengan mereaksikan sikloheksanon dengan amonia. Tahap pemurnian dilakukan untuk memperoleh anilin dengan kemurnian tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis ekonomi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh investasi modal tetap pabrik anilin sebesar $135.887.003,13 dengan nilai DCFR sebesar 60,25%, Net Profit Value sebesar $944.893.266,58, DPBP selama 2,6 tahun, ROI sebesar 85,99%, BEP sebesar 50%, dan SDP 5% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pra rancangan pabrik anilin ini layak dikaji lebih lanjut.
