Abstract

Universitas Balikpapan memiliki Sistem Informasi Akademik Terpadu (SIAT) yang digunakan untuk menunjang kebutuhan akademik mahasiswanya. SIAT memiliki berbagai macam fitur yang mendukung kegiatan akademik dari mahasiswanya, namun suatu sistem pasti memiliki kekurangan. Berbagai keluhan seperti kesulitan mahasiswa untuk menggunakan fitur yang tersedia, waktu muat yang lama, tampilan yang terpotong, tampilan yang kurang menarik, dan keterlambatan informasi. Keluhan-keluhan tersebut mempengaruhi pengalaman mahasiswa ketika menggunakan website SIAT. Maka, metode WebQual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan dalam mengukur kualitas website SIAT. WebQual 4.0 terbagi menjadi tiga dimensi yakni, usability, information quality, dan services interaction quality. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner yang terbagi menjadi 2 bagian, yaitu yang dirasakan dan diharapkan pengguna terhadap website. Target responden penyebaran kuesioner dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan menghasilkan minimum sebanyak 98 responden dan dalam penelitian ini terkumpul 107 responden. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan WebQual Index, diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,85, ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara keseluruhan, website SIAT Universitas Balikpapan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik. Kemudian perhitungan Gap Analysis atau analisis kesenjangan, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kesenjangan sebesar -0,31. Pemetaan diagram kartesius IPA untuk memberikan gambaran perbandingan antara persepsi dan harapan menunjukkan indikator yang harus segera diperbaiki, yaitu indikator yang terkait dengan informasi yang diberikan sesuai dengan format website, rasa aman saat melakukan transaksi pada website, dan pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijanjikan.
