Abstract

Nusantara Jaya UD bergerak di bidang supplier dimana untuk menjaga kualitas servicenya, maka karyawan selalu bekerja dengan performa terbaik. Beban fisik dan mental pekerja merupakan salah satu yang berpengaruh pada pekerjaanya dimana terdapat masalah yang didapatkan yaitu sering bergantinya supir yang bekerja di Nusantara Jaya UD. Untuk mengidentifikasi beban kerja fisik dan beban kerja mental di Nusantara Jaya UD dilakukannya penelitian dengan metode Cardiovascular load, Rating Scale Mental Effort, dan Nasa – TLX untuk mengetahui beban kerja fisik dan beban kerja mental di Nusantara Jaya UD. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara mengambil denyut nadi dan pembagian kuesioner untuk 15 responden. Setelah dilakukan pengambilan dan pengolahan data, hasil identifikasi yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 47% dengan klasifikasi “dibutuhkan perbaikan, tetapi tidak mendesak” dan 53% dengan hasil klasifikasi “tidak terjadi kelelahan” dengan %CVL terbesar adalah 48% pada jenis pekerjaan supir dan %CVL terkecil adalah 12,4% pada jenis pekerjaan admin untuk Cardiovascular load, didapatkan hasil identifikasi sebesar 47% dengan klasifikasi “Usaha yang dilakukan cukup besar” dan 53% dengan hasil klasifikasi “Usaha yang dilakukan agak besar” dengan hasil rating terbesar adalah 82,33 pada jenis pekerjaan supir dan hasil rating terkecil adalah 59,12 pada jenis pekerjaan finance untuk Rating Scale Mental Effort, dan hasil identifikasi sebesar 27% dengan klasifikasi beban kerja mental sangat tinggi dan 73% dengan klasifikasi beban kerja mental tinggi ” dan hasil skorterbesar adalah 88,7 pada jenis pekerjaan supir dan hasil skor terkecil adalah 83,5 pada jenis pekerjaan finance untuk Nasa – TLX.
