Abstract
PT. Mulia Perdana Mupeco adalah perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dalam fabrikasi dan machining, line boring, seal specialist, perbaikan hidrolik, perbaikan turbo charger, perbaikan motor stater dan altelator, dan perbaikan mesin. Permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi yaitu kesalahan saat melakukan pekerjaan yang berakibat terhadap kecelakaan kerja, banyak pekerjaan manual yang bergantung pada kemampuan operator, yang dapat menyebabkan human error selama proses produksi seperti mengambil material dan pembubutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis error pada setiap sub task proses bubut. Penelitian juga akan mengetahui nilai human error probability tertinggi pada proses bubut. Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach (SHERPA) merupakan suatu metode kualitatif dalam menganalisis human error yang menjadikan task level sebagai dasar inputnya. Sedangkan Human Error Assesment and Reduction Technique (HEART) adalah metode dalam menentukan resiko human error. Terdapat 3 jenis error yang ada pada proses bubut yaitu, action error, selection error dan communication error lalu didapatkan nilai human error probability tertinggi pada masing masing operator dimana operator 1 dengan kegiatan pengupasan benda kerja HEP 1.753, operator 2 HEP 1.626, operator 3 HEP 1.1536 lalu operator 4 HEP 0.751, 5 dengan nilai HEP 1.372 kegiatan memasang benda kerja ke mesin bubut dan operator 6 HEP dengan nilai 1.08768 tertinggi pada kegiatan memeriksa bentuk benda kerja dengan ukuran yang telah ditentukan.
