Abstract

Pengelolaan stock adalah salah satu hal yang seringkali menjadi perhatian utama dalam manajemen. PT Arthapusaka Mitra Sakti sering kali dihadapkan pada risiko ketidakmampuan untuk memenuhi permintaan yang tepat waktu. Pada saat yang sama, jika persediaan terlalu besar, dapat menyebabkan masalah kelebihan stok. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan tidak dapat terpenuhi-nya semua permintaan konsumen dikarenakan keuangan perusahaan banyak tersimpan dalam bentuk produk akibat dari kelebihan stock. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan metode forecasting selama 2 periode kedepan yang lebih baik antara metode Exponential Smoothing dan Regresi Linear. Menentukan persediaan produk pelumas exxonmobil yang optimal dengan mengunakan simulasi Monte Carlo, frekuensi pemesanan dan titik pemesanan serta biaya penghematan pengadaan persediaan. Hasil dari 20 produk pelumas exxonmobil didapatkan metode forecasting yang lebih baik yaitu, metode Regresi Linear karena nilai error-nya yang terkecil, didapatkan MADE (Mean Absolute Deviation Error) 1.74-29.72, MSE (Mean Squared Error) 4.48-2296.93, dan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) 0.37%-2.33%. Perencanaan persediaan yang optimal dengan metode simulasi Monte Carlo 283-5.933 drum, frekuensi pemesanan dalam satu kali pesan dengan metode Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) sebesar 23-247 drum dan titik pemesanan kembali dengan metode Reorder Point (ROP) sebesar 10-161 drum serta didapatkan biaya penghematan persediaan untuk 20 produk pelumas exxonmobil berdasarkan metode simulasi Monte Carlo sebesar Rp 16.752.400.000,00.
