Abstract

PT. Acset Indonusia Tbk atau ACSET adalah perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang beroperasi di Indonesia. ACSET berfokus pada proyek-proyek konstruksi yang mencakup berbagai sector, seperti infrastruktur, komersial, perumahan, dan industri. Saat ini, ACSET menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih supplier bahan bangunan yang paling sesuai untuk mendukung proyek konstruksi mereka, khususnya pada proyek pembangunan Headquarter PPA Km.13. Dalam proyek pembangunan Headquarter PPA Km 13, saat ini ACSET hanya mengerjakan pekerjaan tanah atau earthworks sehingga ACSET hanya bekerjasama dengan satu perusahaan supplier bahan bangunan. Jika pekerjaan tanah sudah selesai dan aktivitas proyek lanjut ke tahap selanjutnya yaitu konstruksi, maka ACSET perlu menambah supplier sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktivitas proyek yang akan dilakukan.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang sistematis dan terstruktur untuk memilih supplier yang paling optimal, salah satunya adalah dengan metode analisis keputusan seperti AHP dan TOPSIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier dan mengetahui penentuan supplier prioritas menggunakan AHP-TOPSIS. Hasil kuesioner diolah menggunakan software Expert Choice dan Microsoft Excel. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan 11 sub-kriteria dengan bobot yang berbeda-beda, dimana Ketepatan Waktu merupakan sub-kriteria dengan bobot terbesar dan Supplier X5 dengan persentase terbesar menjadi prioritas peringkat pertama dalam pemilihan supplier.
