Abstract

Adanya transportasi berbasis online, membuat layanan jasa transportasi konvensional kesulitan bersaing karena konsumen lebih memilih menggunakan transportasi berbasis online. Sehingga, terjadi penurunan jumlah angkutan kota di Balikpapan yang sebelumnya sebanyak 1.831 unit, kini tersisa 417 unit yang masih beroperasi. Adanya permasalahan yang terjadi antara pengemudi transportasi konvensional dan pengemudi transportasi online membuat peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui perspektif konsumen yang memiliki peran penting dalam permasalahan ini. Berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen seperti harga, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan konsumen, dan aksesibilitas yang akan mempengaruhi minat dan keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa transportasi online dan transportasi konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor perilaku konsumen. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 274 responden yang memiliki pengalaman dalam penggunaan transportasi konvensional dan transortasi online. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner google form dan kuesioner hardfile. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan konsumen, dan aksesibilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat dan keputusan penggunaan transportasi online dan transportasi konvensional. Serta minat penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan transportasi konvensional dan trasnportasi online.
