Abstract

Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Kariangau yang saat ini dirasa memerlukan strategi meningkatkan kunjungan untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan karena jumlah kunjungan 4 tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai strategi meningkatkan kunjungan dengan menggunakan metode CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data metode CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 78,43% atau sebesar 0,7843. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penumpang merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan hasil menggunakan metode SWOT skor akhir Matriks IFAS adalah 0,5, sedangkan Matriks EFAS adalah 0,6 yang menempatkan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Kariangau berada pada Sel I menandakan objek berada pada posisi Grow & Build, yang artinya tumbuh & membangun. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Kariangau memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang lebih baik. Melalui analisis SWOT dan pembobotan Matriks QSPM, penelitian ini menghasilkan 7 strategi prioritas, dengan 3 strategi teratas yang direkomendasikan. Strategi-strategi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan praktis bagi Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Kariangau untuk Meningkatkan Kunjungan dan kesiapan menjadi penunjang IKN Nusantara.
