Abstract

PT. XYZ berperan dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 menggunakan incinerator, di mana mesin Incinerator Reciprocating CRE-500 tercatat memiliki downtime tertinggi sebesar 9,6 jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung dan menganalisis nilai Availability, Performance, dan Quality Rate serta nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab ketidakefektifan mesin menggunakan metode Root Conflict Analysis (RCA+), serta merancang website yang dapat menghitung dan memonitoring nilai OEE secara otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan nilai OEE yang sama dengan perhitungan manual, yaitu sebesar 59% pada bulan Desember 2024, yang masih berada di bawah standar world class. Melalui RCA+, ditemukan 6 kontradiksi utama yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya efektivitas mesin. Website ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menghitung dan memonitoring nilai OEE mesin dengan lebih efisien.
