Abstract
Gagal jantung merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan dengan tingkat kematian yang tinggi. Penyakit ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor risiko, seperti usia, hipertensi, diabetes, anemia, serta indikator lain seperti fraksi ejeksi dan kadar serum creatinine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup pasien gagal jantung menggunakan metode analisis survival. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Heart Failure Clinical Records di Kaggle. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi Kaplan-Meier untuk mengestimasi fungsi survival dan regresi Cox Proportional Hazard (Cox PH) untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara faktor risiko dan waktu kelangsungan hidup. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usia, fraksi ejeksi, hipertensi, kadar serum creatinine, dan serum sodium berpengaruh signifikan berdasarkan analisis Kaplan-Meier dan uji Log-Rank, sementara model Cox PH mengidentifikasi usia dan kadar serum creatinine sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Model terbaik menunjukkan bahwa usia lanjut dan kadar serum creatinine tinggi meningkatkan risiko kematian akibat gagal jantung, sehingga temuan ini dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan klinis yang lebih tepat.
