Abstract
Permintaan baterai diperkirakan akan meningkat seiring dengan berkembangnya kebutuhan kendaraan listrik. Bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan listrik akan menghasilkan lebih banyak limbah baterai, mengingat usia pemakaian baterai rata-rata hanya 10-15 tahun. Jika baterai tidak didaur ulang, akan terjadi penumpukan limbah yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan penilaian tingkat kesulitan proses pembongkaran baterai. Penilaian ini dapat membantu produsen merancang baterai yang lebih mudah dibongkar. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui skor kemudahan pembongkaran dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan pendekatan Ease of Disassembly melalui eDiM dan Difficulty Rating. Proses pembongkaran dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Ease of Disassembly Metric (eDiM) untuk menilai tingkat kesulitan berdasarkan waktu standar operasi pembongkaran dan Difficulty Rating berdasarkan indikator Accessibility, Positioning, dan Force. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, operasi yang paling sulit dalam proses disassembly melibatkan pembongkaran sekrup pada top cover, bottom cover, controller circuit, BMS circuit, serta pelepasan nickel strip. Untuk meningkatkan kemudahan pembongkaran, diusulkan penggantian sekrup dengan mekanisme klep dan penjepit klik, serta penggunaan nickel strip yang lebih tebal guna mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pembongkaran.
