Abstract

Das Karang Mumus memiliki tiga Sub DAS dengan kondisi rentan banjir. Banjir yang terjadi pastinya menimbulkan kerugian kepada masyarakat atau penduduk di wilayah tersebut. Tercatat pada tahun 2023 banjir memiliki tinggi kisaran 60 cm, lalu pada tahun 2024 banjir terjadi lagi dengan ketinggian 20-50 cm. jika dilihat kebelakang lebih jauh lagi, banjir terbesar dengan tinggi air tiga meter terjadi pada tahun 1998 disusul dengan tahun 2018 setinggi 1,2 meter. Dengan adanya banjir ini, maka muncul satu permasalah yaitu ketidaksigapan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir, sehingga peran pemerintah atau stakeholder setempat sangat penting dalam upaya mitigsi bencana terhadap ketidaksigapan yang terjadi. Dikarenakan perlunya mitigasi maka hal yang perlu disiapkan adalah peta tingkat kerentanan banjir sebagai acuan prioritas pelaksanaan. Sehingga penulis memilih melakukan analisis tingkat kerentanan banjir. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan studi literatur untuk memperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi banjir hingga rekomendasi strategi mitigasi. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah skoring dan overlay dengan 19 variabel yaitu, Kepadatan Penduduk, rasio jenis kelamin, rasio kemiskinan, rasio orang cacat, rasio kelompok umur, rasio penduduk pra-sejahtera, besar Pendapatan, jenis pekerjaan, PDRB, rumah, fasilitas umum, fasilitas kritis, penggunaan lahan, tutupan lahan, curah hujan, kemiringan lahan, ketinggian, bentuk DAS, dan jarak dari sungai. Dimana untuk hasil analisisnya adalah enam kecamatan disamarinda yang berada pada DAS Karang Mumus memiliki tingkat kerentanan tinggi. Diharapkan penilitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat serta stakeholder yang ada dalam kesigapan bencana serta bermanfaat sebagai acuan untuk mitigasi bencana dengan daerah prioritas mitigasi pada daerah yang rentan banjir.
