Abstract

RSKD Balikpapan sebagai penyedia jasa kesehatan dengan status rumah sakit pemerintah kelas A yang terakreditasi Paripurna, perlu menjaga peran vital Oxygen Generator Plant (OGP) dalam menjamin keselamatan pasien. OGP adalah perangkat medis untuk memberikan bantuan oksigen tanpa perlu pengisian ulang tabung. Strategi perawatan preventive dan corrective maintenance yang telah ditetapkan masih menunjukkan downtime yang cukup tinggi, mencapai 36 hari, dalam observasi selama 13 bulan menyebabkan ketidaktercapaian standar kemurnian yang dihirup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi perawatan mesin OGP menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II yang berfokus pada peningkatan keandalan dan efisiensi perawatan. Pendekatan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) menghasilkan bahwa komponen yang memiliki prioritas perbaikan risiko kegagalan adalah tabung zeolite dengan RPN sebesar 720. Berdasarkan hasil analisis RCM II, ditetapkan strategi perawatan scheduled on condition task, diantaranya tindakan perawatan tabung zeolite oleh operator berupa pemantauan kondisi fisik, suhu, dan kelembaban setiap 26.95 jam sekali, sedangkan pada PLC oleh operator setiap 21.62 jam sekali berupa pemantauan tegangan power supply. Scheduled discard task oleh operator berupa penggantian komponen ketika mencapai interval waktu perawatan untuk memastikan purity oksigen sesuai dengan standar diterapkan pada komponen zeolite, angle valve, dan swing check valve. Interval waktu perawatan preventive untuk masing-masing komponen tersebut secara berurutan adalah 116.04 jam sekali, 396.16 jam sekali, dan 92.63 jam sekali.
