Abstract

PT. Promedika Mitra Farma, anak perusahaan dari PT. Promedika Mitra Utama yang berfokus pada distribusi obat-obatan dan layanan farmasi, tengah menghadapi tantangan dalam proses transformasi menjadi Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Transformasi ini menuntut pemenuhan standar Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) serta penyesuaian proses bisnis, struktur organisasi, dan teknologi informasi agar sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Enterprise Architecture (EA) yang mampu menyelaraskan kebutuhan bisnis dengan sistem informasi dan infrastruktur teknologi, serta mendukung arah strategis perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan mengacu pada TOGAF ADM Versi 10 dan mencakup lima fase awal, yaitu Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, dan Technology Architecture, hingga fase Opportunities and Solutions. Hasil penelitian berupa IT Blueprint lima tahun ke depan yang terdiri dari pemodelan proses bisnis, pemetaan relasi proses dengan objektif, unit organisasi, serta entitas data, katalog aplikasi, portofolio teknologi, topologi jaringan, dan prioritas pengembangan sistem informasi. Arsitektur yang dirancang digunakan sebagai panduan strategis dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan TI, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi CDOB, serta memperkuat posisi PT. Promedika Mitra Farma sebagai PBF lokal yang kompetitif dan berdaya saing tinggi.
