Abstract

Pada Mei 2023 Institut Teknologi Kalimantan memiliki jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 4.708 mahasiswa aktif dan jumlah mahasiswa lulus sebanyak 2.373 mahasiswa. Peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa berbanding terbalik dengan perkembangan infrastruktur mengakibatkan kenaikan penggunaan kendaraan roda dua maupun empat. Dengan keterbatasan lahan parkir, mengakibatkan beberapa mahasiswa tidak dapat memarkirkan kendaraan mereka. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada perlu dilakukan perencanaan ruang parkir di kampus Institut Teknologi Kalimantan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survei kendaraan dan survei plat kendaraan. Hasil dari survei dilakukan untuk menentukan Karakteristik Parkir, Satuan Ruang Parkir, dan Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan luas bangunan dan selisih angka kendaraan masuk dan keluar. Dalam penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan tarif parkir. Untuk tarif parkir menggunakan metode Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kapasitas parkir eksisting tercatat sebesar 1.377 SRP untuk sepeda motor dan 71 SRP untuk mobil. Sementara itu, kebutuhan ruang parkir mencapai 2.432 SRP untuk sepeda motor dan 97 SRP untuk mobil. Melalui pendekatan luas bangunan, diperoleh estimasi kebutuhan ruang parkir sebesar 694 SRP untuk Gedung C dan D, serta 112 SRP untuk Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu II. Guna mengatasi kekurangan kapasitas parkir, penelitian ini merekomendasikan tiga solusi utama: pertama,desain taman parkir; kedua desain gedung dan taman parkir; ketiga, parkir komunal. Untuk analisis tarif parkir diperoleh hasil Untuk parkir sepeda motor pada jam pertama, rata-rata ATP mahasiswa adalah Rp145,37, dosen Rp1.778,74, dan tendik Rp1.518,21. Sementara itu, WTP pada jam pertama tercatat sebesar Rp1.117,92 untuk mahasiswa, Rp1.415,38 untuk dosen, dan Rp1.532,61 untuk tendik. Pada jam berikutnya, ATP Rp146,48 untuk mahasiswa, Rp1.401,52 untuk dosen, Rp1.007,60 untuk tendik. Sementara itu, WTP pada jam berikutnya Rp783,02 untuk mhasiswa, Rp330,77 untuk dosen, Rp326,09 untuk tendik. Untuk kendaraan mobil, ATP jam pertama tercatat sebesar Rp81,54 mahasiswa, Rp3.714,78 dosen, dan Rp2.252,11 tendik, sedangkan WTP mencapai Rp1.833,33 mahasiswa, Rp2.362,07 dosen, dan Rp2.500 tendik. Pada jam berikutnya, ATP mahasiswamRp97,22, dosen Rp2.864,26, dan tendik Rp1.400,92. Adapun WTP Rp666,67 mahasiswa, Rp241,38 dosen, dan Rp583,33 tendik.
