Abstract

Permintaan gas industri di Kalimantan Timur terus meningkat seiring dengan pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) dan pertumbuhan sektor industri. PT XYZ sebagai produsen gas industri menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan kapasitas produksi dengan permintaan yang terus berkembang. Ketidakseimbangan antara produksi dan kebutuhan pasar dapat mengakibatkan permintaan tidak terpenuhi dan kehilangan peluang bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas produksi oksigen PT XYZ terhadap permintaan konsumen dengan menggunakan metode Sistem Dinamis. Model sistem dinamis dikembangkan untuk memahami hubungan antara variabel produksi, permintaan, dan faktor lainnya yang memengaruhi keseimbangan pasokan dan konsumsi gas industri. Hasil Simulasi Eksisting menunjukkan bahwa PT XYZ selalu mengalami backlog order oksigen setiap tahunnya dengan jumlah backlog order pada tahun 2029 yaitu 1.197.198 M^3. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut, maka dibuat tiga rancangan skenario kebijakan yaitu skenario peningkatan jumlah mesin produksi, penggunaan jasa outsourcing, serta kombinasi keduanya. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa skenario ketiga, yaitu kombinasi peningkatan jumlah mesin dan penggunaan outsourcing memberikan hasil paling optimal dalam memenuhi permintaan secara berkelanjutan dengan hasil tidak terjadi backlog order diakhir tahun 2029 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp. 20.289.156.114
