Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan tingkat kesehatan keuangannya. Pengklasifikasian dilakukan dengan metode K-Means Clustering untuk membentuk dua kelompok, yaitu perusahaan dengan kondisi keuangan sehat dan tidak sehat. Selanjutnya, analisis diskriminan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel keuangan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap klasifikasi tersebut serta membentuk model prediksi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan dari perusahaan asuransi selama periode 2021–2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Return on Equity (ROE) memberikan kontribusi paling signifikan terhadap pemisahan kelompok. Model diskriminan yang dibentuk memiliki tingkat akurasi klasifikasi sebesar 91,7% pada data pelatihan dan 83,3% pada data pengujian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis diskriminan efektif dalam mengklasifikasikan kondisi keuangan perusahaan asuransi dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh regulator, investor, maupun manajemen perusahaan.
