Abstract

Proses pembangunan Laboratorium Terpadu II ITK menimbulkan permasalahan baru pada lereng di sekitar lokasi. Lereng dengan kemiringan 30% terdapat di area pembangunan yang dimana menjadi area pembangunan jalan di masa yang akan datang dan dapat membahayakan bangunan sekitar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi stabilitas lereng dengan membandingkan dua tipe perkuatan, yaitu soil nailing dan turap diangker, berdasarkan biaya serta mempertimbangkan batas aman minimum. Pada analisis didapatkan perkuatan kritis pada section-03 untuk 2 tipe perkuatan yang dirancanakan. Adapun perkuatan soil nailing didapatkan analisis stabilitas terhadap global (FKglobal = 1,59 ≥ 1,5), eksternal [basal heave FKHeave = 6,92 ≥ 2 dan sliding lateral FKSliding = 1,5 ≥ 1,5] serta interal [tahanan cabut (Rt = 187,56 kN ≥ All Tn), kapasitas tarik (FKst = 3,12 ≥ 1,8) dan pemeriksaan pons (FKFF = 1,5 ≥ 1,5, FKFP = 2,17 ≥ 1,5, FKHT = 3,79 ≥ 1,5)]. Untuk perkuatan turap dengan angkur didapatkan stabilitas terhadap global FKGlobal = 2 ≥ 1,5, eksternal [stabilitas dimensi (MCrack ≥ MMax = 354,66 kN.m ≥ 325,58 kN.m), stabilitas galian (FKGalian = 6,29 ≥ 1,5), defleksi izin ≤ 0,5% x H = 0,01 < 0,07)] dan interal tahanan tarik (Tijin ≥ Taktual = 572,88 kN ≥ 459,43 kN). Selain itu dari hasil analisis kedua perkuatan didapatkan estimasi biaya material pada model lereng dengan soil nailing sebesar Rp 2,342,483,914.25 dan turap diangker sebesar Rp 2,167,322,776.13 serta dapat disimpulkan bahwa turap diangker lebih baik dalam segi stabilitas dan lebih efisien dalam segi biaya.
