Abstract
Dalam pencetakan produk menggunakan teknologi 3D printing jenis FDM, pengaturan parameter cetak perlu disesuaikan dengan tujuan pencetakan. Salah satu parameter yang dapat diatur adalah temperatur nozzle 260℃,270℃,280℃. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sifat mekanik filament PET melalui pengujian tarik dan lentur dengan variasi temperatur nozzle Hasil pengujian ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik ANOVA one-way. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tegangan tarik maksimum tertinggi diperoleh pada temperatur nozzle 280℃ dengan nilai 34.6611 MPa, sedangkan nilai terendah ditemukan pada temperatur nozzle 270℃ sebesar 21.281 MPa. Untuk tegangan lentur maksimum, nilai tertinggi dicapai oleh temperatur nozzle 280℃ dengan kekuatan lentur sebesar 79.0708 MPa, sementara nilai terendah ditemukan pada temperatur nozzle 270℃ mm sebesar 44.038 MPa. Analisis statistik ANOVA one- way menunjukkan bahwa ukuran nozzle memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil pengujian, dengan nilai P.Value sebesar 0,001 untuk pengujian tarik 0.001 untuk pengujian lentur (P.Value < 0,05).Melalui penelitian ini, disarankan menggunakan temperatur 280℃ untuk filament PET Kata Kunci: PET,3D printing, uji Tarik, uji lentur
