Abstract

PT Promedika Mitra Utama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi alat kesehatan dan saat ini sedang mengembangkan model bisnis baru dengan memasarkan produk bermerek sendiri. Perubahan arah strategis ini menuntut perencanaan sistem informasi dan infrastruktur teknologi yang lebih terstruktur, terintegrasi, serta sesuai dengan regulasi Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Enterprise Architecture (EA) sebagai kerangka strategis dalam pengembangan sistem informasi, dengan mengacu pada metode TOGAF ADM versi 10 yang mencakup lima fase awal: Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, dan Technology Architecture. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa IT Blueprint yang memuat pemodelan proses bisnis, katalog entitas data, aplikasi, dan teknologi, serta rekomendasi pengembangan sistem prioritas. Perencanaan EA ini dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan SI/TI secara efektif dan efisien, mendukung peningkatan transparansi, integrasi sistem, serta adaptabilitas perusahaan terhadap perubahan kebutuhan dan persaingan pasar, khususnya dalam mendukung SI/TI yang selaras dengan tujuan strategis perusahaan secara berkelanjutan, terutama pada departemen Penjualan, Pemasaran, dan Komunikasi
