Abstract

Penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Pantai Corong menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan infrastruktur pariwisata secara terarah untuk meningkatkan daya tarik kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi pengembangan infrastruktur berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, melalui analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), IFAS-EFAS, dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa aspek infrastruktur seperti sanitasi, informasi, akomodasi, dan aksesibilitas masih belum optimal. Output dari penelitian ini berupa arahan strategis pengembangan infrastruktur berbasis potensi dan permasalahan aktual, sebagai upaya mewujudkan pengelolaan destinasi Pantai Corong yang lebih berkelanjutan.
