Abstract
Fokusan penelitian asuransi jiwa dengan manfaat ganda yaitu tipe asuransi dwigun dengan santunan kepada pihak tertanggung saat masih hidup atau meninggal dunia selama masa kontrak. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui jumlah premi tahunan asuransi jiwa dwiguna dengan status last survivor. Status ini memberikan santunan hanya ketika seluruh individu tertanggung dalam kelompok meninggal dunia. Penelitian berfokus pada empat tertanggung untuk mencerminkan tingkat kompleksitas risiko yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan polis individu. Analisis dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, seperti usia setiap tertanggung, jangka waktu polis, tingkat bunga, serta peluang mortalitas berdasarkan tabel mortalitas yang relevan. Model matematis digunakan untuk menghitung premi tahunan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat mencerminkan risiko yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan asuransi dan memberikan manfaat yang adil kepada pemegang polis. Adapun langkah-langkah dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan jenis kelamin, usia dan periode tanggungan, menetapkan besaran bunga, uang tunjangan serta tabel mortalitasnya, menghitung peluang hidup dan meninggal, menghitung premi tunggal, dan menghitung premi tahunan.
