Abstract

Pabrik asetonitril akan didirikan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) yang menargetkan Indonesia sebagai pusat produksi farmasi di Asia Tenggara pada tahun 2030. Produksi asetonitril dari amonia dan asam asetat melalui proses amonlisis asam asetat dengan kapasitas 13,000 ton/tahun, terdiri dari 13 tahapan proses, yaitu tahap pre-treatment, tahap reaksi, dan tahap pemurnian produk. Tahap pre-treatment dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan kondisi operasi asam asetat dan amonia. Selanjutnya, mereaksikan asam asetat dan amonia pada reaktor fixed bed multitube. Kemudian, dilakukan tahap pemurnian menggunakan ekstraktor dan distilasi untuk mendapatkan asetonitril dengan kemurnian 99%. Pabrik asetonitril memiliki jumlah pekerja sebanyak 220 pekerja, beroperasi selama 24 jam dan 330 hari dengan pembagian jam kerja menjadi 3 shift selama 8 jam /shift. Pabrik ini direncanakan akan didirikan di Gresik, Jawa Timur, dengan luas tanah sebesar 17 ha. Pabrik asetonitril ini membutuhkan listrik sebesar 254,18 kW/jam dan kebutuhan air sebesar 132 m3/hari. Adapun modal tetap (FCI) dan modal kerja (WCI) yang dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan pabrik ini adalah sebesar Rp 601,182,119,398,36. dan Rp 90,177,317,909,75. dengan jumlah modal investasi (TCI) dari pabrik ini sebesar Rp 691,359,437,308,12. Aspek ekonomi terukur dari pabrik ini adalah nilai DCFR sebesar 42,89%, nilai ROI sebesar 76%, dan BEP sebesar 71,9%. Berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang telah disebutkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik asetonitril ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut.
