Abstract

Aplikasi MidiKriing Alfamidi merupakan aplikasi pemesanan daring yang dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan pembelian produk Alfamidi secara digital. Dalam persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat, evaluasi terhadap antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) menjadi aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Think Aloud untuk mengevaluasi UI/UX aplikasi MidiKriing versi 24.2.2. Sepuluh responden dilibatkan untuk mengerjakan sepuluh skenario tugas umum seperti pendaftaran akun, pemesanan barang, hingga pembatalan pesanan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan utama, seperti proses pendaftaran akun yang kompleks dan memakan waktu, fitur pembatalan pesanan yang tidak tersedia secara langsung, dan waktu loading aplikasi yang lama. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dirancang prototipe UI/UX baru sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan dengan mempertimbangkan praktik terbaik dari aplikasi sejenis seperti Shopee, Gojek, dan Grab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan lebih lanjut agar aplikasi MidiKriing lebih kompetitif, efisien, dan ramah pengguna.
