Abstract
Meningkatnya perkembangan pembangunan dan kemajuan di kota Balikpapan menyebabkan meningkatnya mobilitas di jalan raya sehingga mengakibatkan tingginya angka kecelakaan di jalan raya dan menyebabkan banyaknya daerah rawan kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan penelitian dengan topik klasifikasi daerah rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas di Balikpapan dengan menerapkan metode fuzzy Tsukamoto. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari data laka Polresta Balikpapan sebanyak 272 kasus dari tahun 2020 – 2023 dan menambahkan data titik koordinat sesuai TKP. Setelah melakukan pengambilan data penulis melakukan proses tidy data yang bertujuan membersihkan, memodifikasi dan menambahkan data yang diperlukan agar dengan mudah dianlisis dan divisualisasi. Kemudian penulis melakukan pemetaan daerah kecelakaan menggunakan metode fuzzy c-means dengan mengambil data koordinat dan menggunakan pemetaan sebanyak 3 klaster. Selanjutnya melakukan klasifikasi menggunakan fuzzy tsukamoto dengan mengambil data yaitu tanggal–jam, kendaraan yang terlibat seperti motor, mobil, truk, dan kondisi korban kecelakaan seperti meninggal dan luka. Langkah - langkah fuzzy Tsukamoto meliputi fuzzifikasi, evaluasi aturan, aggregasi, dan deffuzikasi. Dari penelitian memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut tingkat kecelakaan rendah 16,67, tingkat kecelakaan sedang 40,28 – 50,89 dan untuk tingkat kecelakaan tinggi 83,46
