Abstract

ABSTRAK Beban kerja mental merupakan faktor yang signifikan dalam menentukan kinerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan, terutama di lingkungan kerja yang intensif secara fisik dan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja mental karyawan di PT. Bumi Intan Gemilang menggunakan metode NASA- TLX. Metode NASA-TLX mengevaluasi enam dimensi utama beban kerja, yaitu tuntutan mental, tuntutan fisik, tuntutan waktu, kinerja, usaha, dan tingkat frustrasi, melalui pemberian bobot dan penilaian subjektif dari responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di divisi produksi, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja serta kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman terkait penerapan metode NASA-TLX di sektor pabrikasi dan pertambangan, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan penelitian lebih lanjut.
