Abstract

Pembangunan Masjid Al-Manshurin di Jl. Wanayasa Km. 10, Kota Balikpapan, direncanakan pada lahan bertopografi lereng yang berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan geoteknik terkait stabilitas lereng dan keamanan struktur. Kebutuhan ruang mengharuskan pemotongan lereng yang menurunkan faktor keamanan dan meningkatkan risiko kelongsoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis stabilitas lereng eksisting dan pascapemotongan (cutting), serta merencanakan dinding penahan tanah (DPT) tipe kantilever sebagai perkuatan. Metode penelitian meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan parameter tanah berupa kohesi (c), sudut geser dalam (ϕ), dan berat volume tanah (γ), serta analisis stabilitas dan desain DPT menggunakan metode keseimbangan batas (Limit Equilibrium Method) dengan pendekatan Bishop, Fellenius/Petterson, Janbu, Spencer, dan Morgenstern–Price. Perencanaan mengacu pada SNI 8460:2017 dan SNI 2847:2019. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lereng eksisting 1 berada pada kondisi aman (SF > 1,5), sedangkan lereng eksisting 2 berada pada kondisi kritis hingga tidak aman. Setelah pemotongan lereng 90°, kedua lereng menjadi tidak stabil (SF < 1,5) sehingga memerlukan perkuatan. DPT kantilever berdimensi tinggi 3,60 m, lebar pondasi 2,52 m, dan kedalaman pondasi 0,36 m memenuhi kriteria keamanan terhadap geser (SF ≥ 1,5), guling (SF ≥ 2,0), dan kapasitas dukung tanah (SF ≥ 3,0), serta persyaratan tulangan struktur. Dengan demikian, DPT tipe kantilever dinyatakan aman dan layak sebagai solusi perkuatan lereng.
