Abstract
PT Tambang Meranti Mulia Sejahtera (TMMS) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pertambangan. Proses penentuan kenaikan upah karyawan sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga memerlukan waktu lama dan berisiko terjadi kesalahan. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan pihak HRD, diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu proses penilaian dan penentuan kenaikan upah secara cepat dan objektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, yang berfungsi untuk menentukan karyawan layak naik upah berdasarkan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) seperti produktivitas, kedisiplinan, keamanan kerja, dan efisiensi alat.Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengotomatisasi proses penilaian serta menghasilkan hasil yang sesuai dengan perhitungan manual menggunakan Excel. Berdasarkan pengujian Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur berjalan dengan baik. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu HRD PT. Tambang Meranti Mulia Sejahtera dalam menentukan kenaikan upah karyawan secara efektif, efisien, dan objektif.
