Abstract

Peningkatan pertumbuhan pasar kendaraan listrik belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan kesiapan sistem pengolahan baterai akhir pakai yang aman dan efisien. Proses pembongkaran yang masih bersifat manual rentan terhadap variabilitas waktu, ketergantungan urutan kerja, serta potensi interferensi proses apabila urutan tidak optimal. Selain itu, pembongkaran baterai memiliki risiko paparan material berbahaya seperti timbal, merkuri, dan kadmium sehingga aspek keselamatan menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan urutan pembongkaran optimal paket baterai motor listrik 72V dengan meminimasi hazard index dan idle variance. Model optimasi multiobjektif dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan kendala precedence dan ketergantungan urutan, serta diselesaikan menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Adaptive Large Neighbourhood Search (MO-ALNS) dengan pendekatan knee point untuk memperoleh solusi kompromi terbaik. Hasil identifikasi risiko menunjukkan 22 proses tergolong low risk, 7 medium risk, 2 high risk, dan 1 very high risk. Hasil optimasi menghasilkan urutan pembongkaran optimal dengan 6 workstation serta nilai f1 sebesar 1654 dan f2 sebesar 41.517,931. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa perubahan hazard memengaruhi urutan proses, namun dampaknya terhadap idle variance bergantung pada jenis perubahan, di mana hazard pada komponen elektronik menjadi faktor paling sensitif terhadap kinerja keseimbangan lini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam integrasi aspek keselamatan pada optimasi lini pembongkaran untuk mendukung pengelolaan baterai yang berkelanjutan.
