Abstract

PT HH Transindo masih mengelola inventori menggunakan Excel dan buku catatan sehingga sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian data, keterlambatan pembaruan informasi, serta kesulitan memantau stok secara real-time. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merancang sistem inventori berbasis AppSheet yang terintegrasi dengan Google Sheets sebagai solusi digital yang lebih efisien dan mudah digunakan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking yang meliputi tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan penerapan triangulasi teknik untuk memastikan validitas data. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur autentikasi pengguna, pengelolaan data barang, barang masuk dan keluar, dashboard monitoring stok real-time, stock opname digital, scan QR Code, sinkronisasi data, serta ekspor data inventori. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh 58 skenario pengujian memperoleh hasil 100% valid. Sementara itu, pengujian SUS memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 88,25 yang termasuk kategori Acceptable dengan Grade B dan adjective rating Excellent. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat usability yang sangat baik, mudah digunakan, dan dapat diterima pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem inventori berbasis AppSheet yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta kemudahan monitoring stok secara real-time di PT HH Transindo.
