Abstract

Potensi accident dari penggunaan perangkat digital adjustable voltage current protector dapat ditimbulkan dari arus Alternative Curent (AC) karena dapat menyebabkan sengatan listrik. Tindakan preventive meminimalisir terjadinnya accident dalam proses penggunaan perangkat digital adjustable voltage current protector. Penilaian risiko dengan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan konsep pendukung yaitu prinsip As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP). Pembuatan dokumen Job Safety Analysis (JSA) sebagai prosedur dan observasi penerapan JSA pada pengunaan perangkat digital adjustable voltage current protector dalam kegiatan praktikum Mata Kuliah Pegendalian Ledakan dan Bahaya listrik. Hasil penilaian risiko menggunakan metode FMEA dengan prinsip ALARP menunjukkan hasil RRNtertinggi terdapat pada langkah kerja instalasi KWH meter dan Instalasi kipas dengan nilai 162. Pembuatan dokumen JSA didasari oleh penilaian risiko menggunakan metode FMEA dengan prinsip ALARP. Hasil observasi kesesuaian Job Safety Analysis (JSA) pada penggunaan menunjukan hasil bahwa pada sepuluh langkah kerja praktikum terdapat satu kelompok dari lima belas kelompok yang mengalami kegagalan langkah kerja.
