Abstract
Underweight pada balita merupakan permasalahan gizi yang masih menjadi isu kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah Pulau Kalimantan yang menunjukkan prevalensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata nasional. Variasi antar kabupaten/kota mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh faktor multidimensi serta keterkaitan spasial antarwilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola persebaran spasial kasus underweight, menentukan model spasial yang terbaik untuk memprediksi prevalensi underweight serta menentukan faktor kesehatan, ekonomi, dan pendidikan yang memengaruhinya menggunakan pendekatan regresi spasial. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder tahun 2024 pada tingkat kabupaten/kota di Pulau Kalimantan yang meliputi prevalensi underweight, cakupan pemberian ASI, ketidakcukupan konsumsi pangan, akses sanitasi dan air minum layak, penggunaan alat kontrasepsi, persentase penduduk miskin, pengeluaran per kapita, dan rata-rata lama sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil pemilihan model terbaik dengan menggunakan AIC dapat disimpulkan bahwa model SARMA dengan menggunakan pembobot K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) lebih baik dalam pemodelan prevelensi underweight dengan nilai AIC sebesar 326,18. Dengan variabel yang mempengaruhi underweight yaitu akses terhadap air minum layak, penggunaan alat KB, prevalensi ketidakcukupan konsumsi pangan, serta rata-rata pengeluaran per kapita.
