Abstract
Perkembangan layanan perbankan digital mendorong institusi keuangan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi mobile banking guna memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Salah satu inovasi Bank Negara Indonesia adalah peluncuran aplikasi Wondr by BNI pada Juli 2024 sebagai transformasi layanan digital sebelumnya. Meskipun jumlah pengguna terus meningkat, ulasan di Google Play Store menunjukkan beragam persepsi terkait performa, fitur, dan kenyamanan penggunaan aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen pengguna setiap bulan serta mengidentifikasi topik utama pada ulasan berdasarkan kategori sentimen positif dan negatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui web scraping dari Google Play Store periode Juli 2024 hingga Desember 2025 sebanyak 76.732 ulasan. Setelah preprocessing yang meliputi cleaning, case folding, normalisasi kata, tokenizing, stopword removal, dan stemming, data yang digunakan sebanyak 72.441 ulasan. Analisis sentimen dilakukan menggunakan metode Indonesian Sentiment Lexicon (InSet), sedangkan pemodelan topik menggunakan Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) yang dievaluasi berdasarkan coherence score dan perplexity. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sentimen negatif mendominasi dengan 28.508 ulasan, diikuti sentimen positif 28.112 ulasan, dan sentimen netral 15.821 ulasan. Pemodelan LDA menghasilkan empat topik utama dengan coherence score tertinggi 0,6083, yaitu Kemudahan dan Kenyamanan Penggunaan, Masalah Autentikasi dan Verifikasi, Kendala Akses dan Login, serta Fitur Transaksi Keuangan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi bahan evaluasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi Wondr by BNI.
