Abstract
Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kecacatan dan kematian di Indonesia, dengan angka kejadian yang masih tergolong tinggi sebesar 8,3 per 1000 penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan distribusi terbaik dalam model Accelerated Failure Time (AFT) serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap waktu survival pasien stroke. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder rekam medis pasien stroke di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan periode 1 Januari 2024 hingga 31 Desember 2025 dengan total 342 observasi setelah proses data cleaning. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model AFT dengan dua distribusi, yaitu log-normal, dan log-logistik. Pemilihan model terbaik dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) dan Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). Nilai AIC sebesar 857,6 dan BIC sebesar 869,1 merupakan nilai terkecil dibandingkan model lainnya, sehingga model AFT dengan distribusi log-logistik dipilih sebagai model terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi, faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap waktu survival pasien stroke adalah hipertensi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,365 dan time ratio sebesar 0,694. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien yang mengalami hipertensi memiliki waktu survival lebih pendek, di mana kejadian kematian terjadi lebih cepat sekitar 30,6% dibandingkan pasien tanpa hipertensi. Oleh karena itu, pengendalian faktor hipertensi perlu diperhatikan agar pasien tidak mengalami percepatan risiko kematian dan dapat memiliki waktu survival yang lebih baik.
