Abstract
PT Eka Dharma Jaya Sakti (EDJS) faces operational efficiency challenges in its procurement processes, particularly regarding irregular supplier delivery schedules and non-standardized material requisition procedures. This research aims to develop a Procurement Management Information System (SIMPROC) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to enhance operational transparency and efficiency. Functional testing via Black-Box Testing initially demonstrated a 96.4% success rate, which reached 100% following re-patching of critical features. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) confirmed a 100% user acceptance rate, confirming that the system's workflow aligns with operational requirements. Effectiveness evaluation using a mixed-methods approach yielded an average satisfaction score of 5.0 out of 5.0, validated by operational testimonials regarding improved supplier time management, structured material naming conventions, and enhanced coordination transparency that minimizes human error. The system has successfully provided real-time data visibility and serves as a strategic foundation for improving the efficiency of the procurement process at PT Eka Dharma Jaya Sakti.
