Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan memanfaatkan website company profile sebagai media informasi dan sarana membangun citra perusahaan. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi dan in-depth interview, website company profile karuniagroup.co.id masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan, seperti struktur navigasi yang kurang terorganisir, tampilan antarmuka yang kurang menarik, serta penyajian informasi yang belum optimal sehingga memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang prototype redesain website company profile karuniagroup.co.id untuk meningkatkan kualitas user interface (UI), user experience (UX), dan Usability. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking yang terdiri dari tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan NVivo serta divisualisasikan dan membuat empathy map. Kebutuhan pengguna diidentifikasi dan diprioritaskan menggunakan Eisenhower Matrix, kemudian diwujudkan menjadi high-fidelity prototype menggunakan Figma. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Maze dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil Maze menunjukkan seluruh tugas memperoleh success rate 100%, sedangkan evaluasi SUS terhadap 20 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 83,5 yang termasuk kategori Acceptable, Grade B, dan Excellent. Skor tersebut meningkat 25,5 poin dibandingkan website eksisting yang memperoleh skor SUS sebesar 58. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Design Thinking berhasil menghasilkan rancangan website yang lebih mudah digunakan, informatif, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna sehingga meningkatkan Usability dan pengalaman pengguna secara signifikan.
