Abstract
Formula 1 merupakan olahraga dengan tingkat ketidakpastian tinggi, di mana performa pembalap dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti kemampuan individu, performa mobil, kondisi lintasan, dan strategi tim. Perubahan regulasi dan dinamika kompetisi menyebabkan konsistensi performa pembalap dapat berubah dari waktu ke waktu, sebagaimana terlihat pada Lewis Hamilton yang mengalami variasi frekuensi podium sepanjang kariernya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola ketahanan performa podium Lewis Hamilton di Formula 1 periode 2007-2025, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko kegagalan podium, serta mengestimasi peluang podium pada tiap balapan. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 380 observasi Grand Prix yang terdiri atas 202 kejadian podium (data tersensor) dan 178 kejadian gagal podium (data terobservasi). Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis survival dengan model Cox Proportional Hazard sebagai metode utama untuk menganalisis risiko kegagalan mencapai podium dan algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk memprediksi peluang kegagalan podium sebagai bagian dari tahap risk forecasting. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi urutan balapan, usia, era regulasi, konstruktor, posisi grid, jumlah stop, jenis lintasan, kondisi cuaca, dan kondisi lintasan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Age, Grid, dan Track (Street Circuit) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risiko kegagalan podium. Model Cox Proportional Hazard memiliki nilai concordance sebesar 0,9800 yang menunjukkan kemampuan diskriminasi model yang baik dalam membedakan individu dengan risiko lebih tinggi dan lebih rendah. Sementara itu, skenario terbaik algoritma Naïve Bayes diperoleh pada model yang menggunakan fitur signifikan Cox Proportional Hazard, dengan nilai recall sebesar 0,1948 dan F1-score sebesar 0,3261. Hasil analisis survival dan prediksi peluang kemudian diintegrasikan untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai risiko kegagalan podium dalam kerangka manajemen risiko performa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada kajian sport analytics dan penerapan analisis risiko dalam olahraga balap.
