Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berperan penting dalam pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, terutama pada kondisi darurat seperti kebakaran. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah kerugian yang lebih besar adalah menyediakan sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif, seperti jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul sesuai standar keselamatan. Berdasarkan observasi awal, PT XYZ yang memiliki bangunan dua lantai belum memiliki jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul yang terencana dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang jalur evakuasi dan menentukan titik kumpul yang aman dan optimal sesuai standar yang berlaku. Perancangan jalur evakuasi mengacu pada SNI 03-1746-2000, sedangkan penentuan titik kumpul mengacu pada Permen PUPR No. 14 Tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jalur evakuasi lantai 1 diarahkan menuju Exit 1 dan Exit 2, sedangkan jalur evakuasi lantai 2 diarahkan menuju tangga terdekat sebelum menuju Exit dan titik kumpul. Titik kumpul dirancang menjadi dua lokasi sesuai arah jalur keluar bangunan agar pekerja dapat menuju area berkumpul yang lebih dekat dan tidak perlu menyeberangi jalan. Hasil perancangan divisualisasikan dalam bentuk denah 2D menggunakan AutoCAD, model 3D menggunakan SketchUp, dan simulasi Virtual Reality menggunakan Unity. Aplikasi VR dilengkapi fitur menu pemilihan area, jalur evakuasi, checkpoint, wrong route, sirine, lampu darurat, titik kumpul, serta implementasi Android/APK. Hasil pengujian black box testing menunjukkan bahwa fitur aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai rancangan pada HP Android, VR Box, dan Controller.
