Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi otomasi industri menuntut solusi pemantauan dan pengendalian yang fleksibel dan dapat diakses secara real-time. Sistem SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) konvensional seringkali bersifat proprietary dan kurang fleksibel, khususnya untuk industri kecil dan menengah, sehingga diperlukan alternatif yang lebih terjangkau dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem SCADA berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan PLC OMRON CP1E untuk memantau dan mengendalikan proses Water Treatment Plant (WTP) secara jarak jauh. Konsep desain sistem menggunakan dua mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai gateway terpisah untuk fungsi kendali dan akuisisi data sensor, Firebase Realtime Database sebagai media pertukaran data berbasis cloud, dan aplikasi Android yang dikembangkan menggunakan framework flutter. Komunikasi antara ESP32 dengan PLC OMRON CP1E menggunakan relay 5V DC untuk mengonversi perintah digital dari aplikasi menjadi sinyal aplikasi masukan PLC. Metode implementasi mencangkup ladder diagram, pengembangan aplikasi android, integrasi seluruh komponen sistem. Pengujian dilakukan melalui empat skenario yaitu, pengujian kesesuaian data, pengujian white box testing, pengujian kalibrasi sensor ultrasonik, dan pengujian delay waktu pengiriman data. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa seluruh perintah pengendalian pompa berhasil dieksekusi oleh PLC melalui ketiga metode pengendalian yaitu, aplikasi monitoring WTP, HMI, dan manual push button. Sensor ultrasonik URM09 berhasil mengklasifikasikan kondisi ketinggian air dengan nilai persentase error sekitar 0% hingga 23,33%. Pengendalian melalui aplikasi monitoring WTP menghasilkan delay 0 – 1 detik, lebih cepat dibandingkan pengendalian melalui HMI dan push button yaitu sekitar 1 – 7 detik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut sistem SCADA berbasis android berhasil terintegrasi dengan PLC OMRON CP1E dibuktikan dengan keberhasilan melakukan pengendalian pompa yang ada di water traetment plant dan monitoring ketinggian air secara realtime.
